(draft) Mid-Harbor Planning Study

This plan was never formally adopted, but it does have some decent and relevant material in it.  For example, one thing that has been discussed in many of the task group meetings is better connecting the pedestrian facility on the Yankee Doodle Bridge (i.e., I-95, and yes, there is in fact a sidewalk up there, on the southbound side) to Oyster Shell park, the river, etc., without having to go all the way out to West Avenue and back in through the main entrance of Mathews Park.  This was actually examined in the Mid-Harbor Planning Study, on page 36.
