More than development. Norwalk redevelopment.

Final Plan Presented

The Connectivity Initiative held its final meeting on the development of the master plan last Wednesday, June 29th.  Connectivity consultants Fitzgerald & Halliday, Inc. gave the presentation, which you can…

download here.

The presentation, of course, is based on the actual master plan document, which you can get here.

The presentation was generally well-received.  Three members of the Common Council were in attendance, as well as the Chairman of the Redevelopment Agency.  News of the presentation was carried in the Norwalk Hour, although it erroneously referred to roundabouts being proposed for Wall Street (in fact, they are proposed for the Belden approach to/from Route 7).

The plan will have its first, full official review by the Planning Committee at its upcoming meeting on July 7th, at 7PM, in City Hall, Room 231.  Meetings of the Planning Committee are open to the public.
